Eren Retail in Turkey invites applications for a Logistics Operations Support Executive to strengthen our logistics capabilities. The role focuses on implementing standard operating procedures, planning daily operations, and ensuring safe, efficient movement of goods across our network.

You will manage shift schedules, monitor performance against targets, and communicate disruptions to the operations teams, contributing to cost control and timely deliveries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate from relevant departments of Faculties of Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong process management and effective communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that the operational processes under responsibility are carried out according to the standards set in the defined procedures.
• Make and implement accurate daily operational plans to meet the determined targets in terms of time and cost.
• Ensure that the operational activities are carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
• Manage the shift schedules of the team members.
• Identify and inform the operations teams about any disruptions in the daily flow and provide guidance.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
