Job summary

Eren Retail, a leading Turkish distributor and retailer, seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager for the GANT brand. You will oversee store and display changes, coordinate campaigns and openings, and ensure consistency across the network.

The candidate should have at least 7 years in retail, a background in Architecture/Interior Design, and strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and MS Office, with advanced English. You’ll lead teams and monitor store performance to drive visual excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments such as Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design or Fine Arts.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the retail sector.
• Up-to-date knowledge of retail trends and Visual Merchandising.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and MS Office; excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement store and display changes in all stores according to defined criteria.
• Execute product changes and shelf applications in-store.
• Conduct season openings and monitor campaigns.
• Coordinate teams for visual edits in new store openings and manage opening processes.
• Monitor store sales performance, best-selling products, stock turnover, and visual applications per campaigns.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities; preferably Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, or Fine Arts departments,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the retail sector,
• Up-to-date knowledge of retail and trends,
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and MS Office programs,
• Advanced level of English,
• Teamwork skills and effective communication.

Job Description:

• Implementation of store and display changes in all stores according to defined criteria,

• Conducting season openings, implementing campaigns, and monitoring,
• Coordinating teams for visual edits and showcase concepts in new store openings, managing the opening process,
• Monitoring and knowing store sales performances, best-selling products, stock turnovers, and conducting visual applications in the field according to campaigns and weekly priorities.
