Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or Industrial Engineering).
• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain roles.
• Business English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support finished goods import and distribution activities within Türkiye.
• Coordinate with external and internal logistics partners to resolve issues (shipping, customs, carriers).
• Support local warehousing, inventory management, and distribution of materials to customers.
• Proactively communicate shipment issues to owners and recipients.
• Own and manage SLAs for logistics ticketing and participate in audits.
