Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye is seeking an experienced Logistics/Warehouse professional to coordinate customs clearance, oversee transportation, warehousing, and overall supply chain operations. You will drive efficient processes and ensure seamless product flow.

In this role, you will maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and support stock control, returns, and repairs while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Forklift Operator Certificate and G-class endorsement on driving license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs clearance activities and work closely with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Manage and monitor domestic and international transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Receive, inspect, store, and maintain products and materials according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support stock control processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate product returns, repairs, warranty processes, and replacement activities.
• Support assembly and service operations by ensuring material and spare part availability.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and shipping documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Track logistics and warehouse KPIs, prepare reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support inventory planning and forecasting activities in cooperation with Operations, Service, and Finance teams.
