Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries in Çerkezköy, Tekirdag, TR, is seeking a Logistics Operation Specialist to execute procurement, transport, warehousing and customs tasks under supervision.

The role requires coordinating with logistics providers, handling order fulfillment, payments, and ERP entries while ensuring compliance with INCOTERMS and SAP processes. English and Turkish language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in procurement and/or logistics or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, transport & warehousing logistics.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Process daily transport orders including road, sea freight, and courier services.
• Handle direct and indirect procurement orders and customs payments.
• Prepare documents, schedule loading, and monitor transport conditions.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for warehousing, carrier, and customs activities.
• Manage logistics complaints for imports/exports.
• Obtain customs documentation and liaise with Customs Brokers.
• Receive goods in ERP, communicate with related departments.
• Create service entry sheets for logistics costs.
• Handle invoice payments with AP or vendors.
• Ensure SAP master data accuracy with related teams.
• Participate in plant cycle audits and promote safety culture.
