Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a hands-on Logistics & Operations Specialist to coordinate day-to-day logistics in Turkey, covering customs, warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel fulfillment for retail and eCommerce.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, strong Turkish regulations knowledge, and proficiency with SAP/ERP and Excel. You will partner with 3PLs and internal teams to optimize performance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, customs, international trade, or a comparable operations role.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; strong communication across internal/external partners.
• Hands-on knowledge of Turkish customs regulations, import processes, and trade compliance.
• Experience with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across customs, warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel fulfillment in Turkey.
• Handle customs and trade compliance for imports per Turkish regulations and Swarovski standards.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from Regional Distribution Center to stores and customers in Turkey.
• Collaborate with 3PL partner to manage service performance and issue resolution.
• Coordinate brokers, forwarders, carriers, and service providers for efficient logistics execution.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and lead times; drive cost control and process improvements.
• Prepare regular operational reports and analyses for the Turkish market.
• Support Sales Operations with new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, Finance, Compliance, and global Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate omnichannel operations including store fulfillment, ship-from-store, and click-and-collect.

This is your chance to contribute to operational excellence, improve logistics performance, and make a direct impact on Swarovski’s retail and eCommerce business while collaborating with local and global teams. **About the Job** • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations in Turkey across customs, warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels. • Handle customs and trade compliance activities by coordinating compliant importation of Swarovski products in line with Turkish regulations, trade controls, and Swarovski global standards. • Coordinate inbound shipments from the Regional Distribution Center through to final delivery to stores and customers across Turkey. • Work closely with Swarovski’s 3PL partner to manage service performance, resolve day-to-day issues, and follow up on operational topics. • Coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other service providers to ensure efficient and compliant logistics execution. • Monitor daily logistics activities and resolve operational issues related to deliveries, customs clearance, returns, and stock movements. • Track and maintain key logistics KPIs, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, customs lead times, productivity, and logistics costs. • Drive cost control and process improvement initiatives across transportation, warehousing, customs duties, brokerage fees, and related logistics operations. • Prepare regular operational reports and analyze logistics performance for the Turkish market. • Support the Sales Operations team with new process implementations, operational projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate closely with Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, Client Service, Merchandising, Finance, Compliance, and global Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Coordinate Swarovski’s omnichannel operations, including store fulfillment, ship-from-store, click-and-collect, customer returns, and marketplace logistics activities. **About You** • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, customs, international trade, or a comparable operations role. • Hands-on knowledge of Turkish customs regulations, import processes, customs clearance procedures, and trade compliance requirements. • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and distribution partners. • Good understanding of retail, omnichannel, and eCommerce logistics operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and turn data into practical operational improvements. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. • Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with internal and external partners. • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and solid Excel skills. • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
