Job summary

Swarovski in Turkey is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team and deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our brand standards.

You will coach, onboard and develop team members, support recruitment and employee relations, drive sales and local plans, and oversee store operations including inventory and cash handling. You may step in for the Store Manager as needed, contributing to a high-performance, inclusive store culture.
