Swarovski in Turkey is seeking a hands-on Logistics & Operations Specialist to coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and reliable customs, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment processes for retail and eCommerce channels.

You will manage customs clearance, coordinate inbound shipments, oversee 3PL performance, monitor KPIs, and drive cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams for ship-from-store, click‑and‑collect, and

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or related roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Turkish customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Experience with 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
• Retail, omnichannel, and eCommerce logistics understanding.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven improvements.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics across customs, warehousing, transport, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Manage customs clearance and compliance per Turkish regulations.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from RDC to stores and customers in Turkey.
• Oversee 3PL performance and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs: OTIF, inventory accuracy, lead times, costs.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ship-from-store, click‑and‑collect, and returns.

About The Job

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations across customs, warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels.
• Manage customs clearance and trade compliance activities in line with Turkish regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from the Regional Distribution Center to stores and customers across Turkey.
• Oversee 3PL performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics execution.
• Manage logistics service providers, including customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, lead times, productivity, and costs.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and customs operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational projects and ensure seamless omnichannel services, including ship-from-store, click‑and‑collect, and returns.

About You

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, customs, international trade, or a comparable operations role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Turkish customs regulations, import processes, customs clearance procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
• Experience working with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and distribution partners.
• Good understanding of retail, omnichannel, and eCommerce logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and turn data into practical operational improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and solid Excel skills.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. Customs or trade compliance certifications are an advantage.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
