Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Türkiye in Tuzla, Istanbul seeks a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics and drive data-driven improvements. The role emphasizes SAP-3PL data alignment, inventory optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in Supply Chain or Logistics, with strong SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and English skills. On-site 5 days a week at Tuzla DHL Asya 1 facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or Inventory Control.
Proficient in SAP (MM & EWM), Power BI, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Experience with SAP interfaces, e-invoice/e-waybill integrations and 3PL management is an asset.

Responsibilities

Monitor inbound/outbound operations and ensure data accuracy between SAP and 3PL systems.
Identify issues, create tickets, and coordinate resolution with IT or stakeholders.
Analyze inventory discrepancies and manage returns and disposal per procedures.
Conduct monthly stock counts with 3PL and coordinate annual counts.
Ensure compliance with GDP, SHE, environmental and quality standards.
