Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Turkey is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive opportunity identification, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support market analyses for informed decision-making.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, and Finance, along with preparing technical documents, presentations, and data analyses for client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, solution design, project management or related technical functions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations, technical documents and data analyses.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and preliminarily assess potential business opportunities using market data and reports.
• Collaborate with sales-related functions (Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance) to gather inputs.
• Conduct research, feasibility studies and market scans; prepare technical documents.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to understand needs and support relationship building.
• Provide inputs for contract preparation, including pricing assumptions and service scope.
• Support Business Case Assessments with data and calculations and track approvals.
• Prepare high-quality customer presentations, technical documents and proposals.
• Coordinate post-award handover of technical requirements and documentation.
