Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Turkey in Tuzla, Istanbul, is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end logistics, ensure data accuracy between SAP and 3PL systems, and support continuous improvement across inventory, transportation, and waste management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global and local teams, Lean methods, and using SAP, Power BI, and Tableau to measure performance and unlock efficiencies. On-site work five days a week at the Tuzla DHL Asya 1 facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or Inventory Control.
Experience in Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical distribution is preferred.
Proficiency in SAP interfaces and e-invoice/e-waybill integrations.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Monitor inbound and outbound logistics ensuring data accuracy between SAP and 3PL systems.
Perform inventory control, KPI reporting, and stock optimization.
Collaborate with 3PL partners on network optimization and transportation planning.
Support digitalization through SAP, Power BI, and Tableau projects.
Ensure compliance with GDP, SHE, and quality standards; manage budgets and invoices.
