Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Turkey is seeking a data analytics professional to support enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and Python to turn raw data into actionable insights.

You will maintain datasets, implement calculated columns, back up data, and help management understand KPI trends to improve operations across warehousing, distribution, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Bachelor degree in engineering/science or equivalent.
• Strong command of Power BI, including data modelling and DAX.
• Proficiency in SQL; programming in Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Maintain Power BI datasets, backups, and dataset health checks.
• Create and maintain data formulations and calculated columns to meet KPI requirements.
• Assist with leading data-driven decision making for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics and/or similar sciences.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced level of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including: Development of new reports Dataset creation and ongoing maintenance Strong command of DAX and M Query languages
• Additional technical skills such as experience with databases (SQL), programming languages (preferably Python), or relevant analytics certifications are highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling with ability to design, optimize, and maintain effective data structures
• Emerging expertise in AI capabilities, with a focus on prompt engineering and applying AI tools to enhance data-driven decision‑making
• Strong problem-solving skills in dealing with complex datasets.
• Good level of statistics and statistical modeling.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in the field of data analytics.

Job Description:

• Support the design and development of enterprise‑wide data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Tracking new dataset and/or data column requirements with Operation Team and requesting this from IT Department to be added in to current dataset.
• Maintaining Power BI dataset, creating regular dataset backups and regular dataset health checks.
• Maintaining new DATA formulations and/or calculated columns according to operational KPI Criteria requirements.
• Supporting Role Profiles within Power BI for visibility limitations, report accessibility, etc.
• To summarize analysis results and make recommendations to senior management.
• To monitor and analyze the daily KPIs closely in order to define the reason of inconsistencies and supporting Operation to maintain the reasons.
• To support with the business in retrieving and maintaining customer and 3rd party data, and to define leading LSP systems as required standards.
• To turn raw business data into critical and coordinated information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
• To continuously update and improve existing solutions to enhance data analysis capabilities.
