The candidate will manage domestic and international logistics, optimize transport networks, and collaborate across departments to ensure on-time delivery and data-driven improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our client, operating in the Manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international logistics operations of the manufacturing facility,
• Plan and coordinate the logistics of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods,
• Oversee warehouse, shipment, distribution, and transportation operations,
• Work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Sales, and other relevant departments,
• Monitor logistics and transportation costs and implement cost optimization initiatives,
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, and suppliers,
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including delivery performance, inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and service levels,
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and operational performance,
• Ensure the effective use of ERP and other operational systems,
• Lead, develop, and manage the logistics team,
• Identify operational risks and take proactive corrective actions,
• Prepare and present regular logistics and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
• At least 6 years of experience in logistics within the manufacturing sector,
• Strong knowledge of production logistics processes,
• Proven experience in warehouse and transportation operations,
• Previous team management experience,
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills,
• Experience in cost management and process optimization,
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications,
• Good command of English,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
