Job summary

Bosch is seeking a strategic marketing professional to implement and steer commercial targets across the country, collaborating with HUB marketing and Sales teams in Turkey. The role focuses on optimizing product mix, promoting promotions, and integrating promo strategies into the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will drive market insights, lead trade marketing touchpoints, and support demand and S&OP activities while protecting the brand in a dynamic market.

Job Description

• Implement a holistic PT Strategic initiative in the country toward retail partners in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sales.
• Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc).
• Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) in country.
• Manage PROMO share and execute PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey.

Key Activities:

• Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization.
• Lead and execute activities for the trade marketing touchpoints: POS, Instrore communication, Print, Events, e-dealer.
• Launch management (MPE proofread, local SAP MasterData maintenance (pricing), steering, new product presentation.
• Demand volume consolidation and contribution to S&OP sessions.
• Responsible for the brand protection.
