Job summary

Bosch Türkiye is seeking a Sales Representative to visit sub-dealers, promote the Bosch Home Comfort portfolio, and support loyalty programs in the region.

You will inform sub-dealers about campaigns, follow up on needs, and assist with market surveys to gauge trends and volume at the sub-dealer level.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
• No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Visits sub-dealers, wholesalers and service points.
• Informs and promotes sub-dealers’ employees about Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio, highlighted features and how to explain to end-users.
• Promotes loyalty programs and gains new members.
• Informs sub-dealers about current activities and campaigns by Bosch Home Comfort.
• Follows up demands, complaints and needs of sub-dealers in the region.
• Supports market surveys at sub-dealer level (trends, volumes).
• Controls and reports dealers regarding loyalty club contracts.
• Reports sub-dealers as first check point for loyalty system conditions.
• Supports wholesalers in local campaigns with related members.

• Controls and reports dealers acting regarding to contract conditions of loyalty club.
• Controls and reports sub-dealers as first check point regarding to our loyalty system conditions.
• Supports wholesalers in their local campaigns with related members.
