We are looking for a Line Lead to join PMTM in İzmir–Torbalı, one of PMI’s leading manufacturing sites. In this role, you will take end-to-end accountability for assigned production line(s) and directly influence performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
Lead Manufacturing with End-to-End Ownership
- Lead assigned production line(s) with end-to-end ownership for delivering business results.
- Ensure production plan adherence and drive strong, sustainable operational performance.
- Lead Daily Direction Setting, performance reviews and timely corrective actions.
Create a Safe, High-Quality and Zero-Loss Environment
- Ensure compliance with PMI and legal requirements related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality.
- Role model a transparent, preventive and predictive safety culture.
- Partner with Quality and other functions to prevent incidents, eliminate non-conformities and protect product integrity.
- Turn operational challenges into measurable improvements by eliminating losses across uptime, waste, yield, overtime, maintenance, utilities and environmental performance.
Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Build and develop an autonomous and self-sufficient team in line with the OPEN+ journey.

This Position Could Be For You If You
- Hold a university degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Chemical or another relevant Engineering discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Have proven experience leading production teams with direct people-management responsibility.
- Have a strong understanding of production processes, operational performance and loss elimination.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good command of MS Office applications; experience with Power BI and AI tools is an advantage.
- Experience with OPEN+, Integrated Work Systems, Daily Management Systems, Autonomous Maintenance, Progressive Maintenance or similar operational excellence methodologies is considered an advantage.
