Coordinate Front-End Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to develop and commercialize modernization offerings.
Lead the Modernization Solutions team and ensure on-time project execution with partners and suppliers.
Coach and develop the team, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement across the modernization lifecycle.
