ABB is seeking a Modernization Solutions Manager to grow the Motion Services modernization business. You will develop and execute modernization opportunities across the installed base, coordinating with Front-End Sales, Engineering, Service Operations, and external partners to ensure value-driven offerings and successful project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in industrial automation, motion, or related businesses.
• Experience in sales management and business development with responsibility for performance and growth.
• Solid knowledge of drives, motors, generators, and industrial applications.
• Experience in modernization, replacement, retrofit, upgrade, and lifecycle service solutions.
• Service background with understanding of lifecycle services, installed base management, and customer operations.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Grow modernization business by developing strategy and pipeline, creating customer value propositions.
• Coordinate Front-End Sales to identify, qualify, and secure opportunities with solution development.
• Lead the Modernization Solutions team and coordinate Engineering, Project Management, Service Operations, suppliers, and partners.
• Coach and develop the team, allocate resources, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
