Job summary

Devexperts in Turkey is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) to safeguard our proprietary trading platforms through proactive monitoring and real-time incident resolution for partner firms.

You will collaborate with DevOps, Developer and QA teams, communicate with client representatives, and identify operational gaps to deliver practical solutions while expanding knowledge exchange across the team.

Qualifications

• Unix/Linux training and experience with Unix/Linux command line
• Basic shell scripting knowledge (awk, perl, etc.)
• Strong analytical, investigative and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of our proprietary trading platforms
• Identifying key challenges and gaps and providing solutions
• Registration and resolution of service requests, incidents and problems arising from monitoring or from complaints/issues raised by partner companies
• Assistance to DevOps, Developer and QA engineer teams
• Communicating with client and partner company representatives, provide aid as needed
• Knowledge exchange with fellow colleagues
