Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Turkey is seeking a motivated L2 Support Engineer to join the Application Operations team. You will manage deployment processes, automate workflows, handle incident resolutions, and ensure 24/7 application performance and availability.

You will lead deployment activities, drive automation initiatives, monitor performance, and coordinate incident resolutions. This hybrid role requires presence in Libadiye or Halkalı offices twice a week.

Qualifications

Experience in L2 support and application operations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage deployments and lead automation initiatives.
Familiarity with incident, performance, and alarm management.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work hybrid with presence in Libadiye or Halkalı offices twice a week.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage deployment activities and post-deployment verifications.
Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency.
Resolve or coordinate resolution of customer issues at the L2 support level.
Monitor application performance and maintain 24/7 uptime.
Act as an operational phase lead in projects, ensuring smooth execution.
Generate reports related to operational processes and error tracking.
Define and manage alarms for all applications and services, ensuring system stability.
Analyze and track application and service errors to ensure prompt problem resolution.
