Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least 20 years of professional legal experience.
• Extensive knowledge in Commercial Law, Labor Law, Law of Obligations, Corporate Law, and Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law.
• Experience managing litigation, enforcement proceedings, mediation and other legal processes end to end.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters of the Company from strategic and operational perspectives.
• Provide opinions, assessments and strategic counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Manage and oversee litigation, enforcement proceedings, mediation and other dispute resolution processes initiated by or against the Company.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and other agreements to which the Company is a party.
• Identify potential legal risks arising from the Company’s activities in advance, develop appropriate legal measures and ensure their implementation.
• Provide legal advice to all business units regarding daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Provide legal support for General Assembly and Board of Directors processes.
• Manage and coordinate relations with governmental authorities, judicial bodies and external law firms.
• Monitor developments in legislation and judicial decisions and inform senior management of matters that may affect the Company’s operations.
• Regularly report on legal proceedings, significant disputes and legal risks to senior management.
• Ensure the development of legal policies, processes and practices aimed at protecting the Company’s rights and interests.
• Establish and ensure the effective implementation of preventive legal processes to minimize the occurrence of disputes.

We are seeking an experienced Legal Director with at least 25 years of professional experience to lead the Company’s legal affairs, proactively assess legal risks, and provide strategic legal counsel to senior management.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a Faculty of Law,
• At least 20 years of professional legal experience,
• Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in Commercial Law, Labor Law, Law of Obligations, Corporate Law, and Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law,
• Proven ability to manage litigation, enforcement proceedings, mediation and other legal processes from end to end,
• Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements,
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, corporate governance, General Assembly and Board of Directors processes,
• Experience in legal risk management and regulatory compliance,
• Proven experience in team management and coordination of external law firms,
• Strong representation and negotiation skills, with an analytical and solution-oriented approach,
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to provide legal counsel at senior management level,
• Commitment to regularly monitoring current legislation and judicial decisions,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
