Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to spearhead the Lean transformation across its Turkish production operations. You will own the Henkel Production Systems (HPS), drive productivity improvements, and manage CI projects with cross-functional teams to achieve cost savings and quality goals.

You will mentor Lean Engineers, develop training programs, and work with regional/global Lean teams to advance tools and methodologies while maintaining a strong continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in FMCG manufacturing with at least 5 years driving Lean implementation and culture.
• Structured problem-solving approaches (A3, Six Sigma) are essential.
• Strong shopfloor knowledge and manufacturing process understanding.
• MS Office proficiency; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent English communication with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI agenda across Henkel's production operations in Turkey to drive operational excellence.
• Own Henkel Production Systems (HPS) and Lean transformation initiatives.
• Develop tools/methodologies with regional/global Lean teams and deliver KPI-driven results.
• Coach Lean Engineers and build a continuous improvement culture across plants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
