Qualifications

• 3-5 years in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale warehouse operations and 3PL management.
• Experience in automation, digital transformation or operational excellence projects.
• Strong financial acumen with CAPEX and savings tracking.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to influence multiple functions and external partners.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English; engineering/supply chain degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic warehouse transformation and improvement projects.
• Manage end-to-end CAPEX processes and business case documentation.
• Develop forecasts for savings initiatives; track performance.
• Lead monthly reviews with Quality teams to analyse drivers and actions.
• Lead data uploads for Global Cost to Serve programme and dashboards.
• Maintain Power BI reporting for case-picking performance monitoring.
• Prepare management presentations and KPI updates for site visits.
• Support safety governance and incident investigations.
