Job summary

Gizli Şirket in Tekirdağ, on-site, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a data-driven engineering function across manufacturing operations. You will shape process development, industrialisation, and production methods to deliver high-value, customer-specific solutions.

You will build a strong team, standardise methods, manage industrialisation of new products, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Sales and R&D to drive cross-functional problem-solving and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years in engineering, process development, industrialisation or manufacturing.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing and metal processing is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the engineering team with clear objectives.
Standardise manufacturing methods and technical standards.
Oversee industrialisation of new products from feasibility to serial production.
Identify automation, digitalisation and data analytics opportunities.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Sales and R&D to solve complex problems.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards.
