Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks and workflows.
• Design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents.
• Expertise in optimizing agent responses with data retrieval and contextual grounding.
• Skills in monitoring and tuning performance of AI agents.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and data modeling.

This role requires a hands-on professional with experience delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and a strong technical background in Salesforce platform optimizations.
