Job summary

complead in Istanbul is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own every module of the platform and drive an AI-native product process. You will lead two product managers, write specs, run sprints and releases, and collaborate with engineering, sales and customer success daily.

You will shape roadmaps for sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, monitoring and case management, and expand AI across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, AML or payments is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of shipping roadmaps and releases on time.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for research, specs and prototyping.
• Strong API and integration familiarity; SQL ability is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own every module in the platform and set the roadmap across sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, monitoring, fraud and case management.
• Lead two junior product managers, coach and review their specs, run weekly 1:1s.
• Write specs, run sprints, release ships, and measure impact with the team.
• Develop an AI-native product process and drive AI across product and company.
• Engage with customers and competitors; translate learnings into roadmap decisions.
