Mastercard Colombia, Inc. is seeking an English-speaking Motion Designer for the Advisors Creative Desk in Istanbul. You will create dynamic motion, video, and visual assets that elevate Mastercard and partner brands across multiple channels, blending storytelling with craft.

You’ll lead concept development and ensure brand integrity while localizing content for diverse EEMEA markets. The role requires 5+ years in advertising or creative environments and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• :Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry, within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• :Advanced written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• :Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Blender is a plus.
• :Apply expertise in 3D animation and video editing to elevate project quality.
• :Solid understanding of animation principles and their application in dynamic storytelling.
• :Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and perform effectively within cross-functional and multi-hub teams.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion, video, and visual assets for Mastercard and partner brands across multiple channels and platforms.
• Lead concept development and visual storytelling for both short-form and long-form creative projects, ensuring high standards in motion design, typography, composition, and animation craft.
• Deliver brand-consistent creative solutions by applying Mastercard's global visual identity and collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt and localize content for diverse audiences, markets, and digital platforms while maintaining creative excellence and cultural relevance.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in motion design, animation, and creative production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within structured timelines and fast-paced environments.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for motion design, typography, and composition.
• Communicate creative concepts and design decisions effectively to stakeholders, while contributing proactively to a collaborative team culture.
