Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Istanbul is seeking a Motion Designer for the Advisors Creative Desk. You will craft engaging motion and visual assets, lead storytelling, and ensure brand-consistent creative solutions across Mastercard's global identity.

The role requires 5+ years in the creative/advertising field, strong English skills, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with Blender as a plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-hub environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/advertising environment.
Advanced written and verbal English skills.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Blender a plus.
Experience with 3D animation and video editing to elevate project quality.
Solid understanding of animation principles and dynamic storytelling.

Responsibilities

Create compelling motion, video, and visual assets for Mastercard and partner brands across channels.
Lead concept development and visual storytelling for short- and long-form projects.
Deliver brand-consistent creative solutions applying Mastercard’s global visual identity.
Adapt content for diverse audiences, markets, and platforms with cultural relevance.
Stay informed on trends, technologies, and best practices in motion design.
