Collaborate with creative, strategy, and services teams in a fast-paced, multi-hub environment, contributing to innovative marketing solutions for financial institutions and merchants

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry, within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Blender is a plus.
• Apply expertise in 3D animation and video editing to elevate project quality.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and their application in dynamic storytelling.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and perform effectively within cross-functional and multi-hub teams.

Responsibilities

• Create motion, video, and visual assets for Mastercard and partner brands across channels and platforms.
• Lead concept development and visual storytelling for short-form and long-form projects.
• Deliver brand-consistent creative solutions applying Mastercard’s visual identity with cross-functional teams.
• Adapt and localize content for diverse audiences and markets while maintaining creative excellence.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies and best practices in motion design and animation.
• Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality work within structured timelines.
