Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry, within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); experience with Blender is a plus.
• Apply expertise in 3D animation and video editing to elevate project quality.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and their application in dynamic storytelling.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and perform effectively within cross-functional and multi-hub teams.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion, video, and visual assets for Mastercard and partner brands across multiple channels and platforms.
• Lead concept development and visual storytelling for both short-form and long-form creative projects, ensuring high standards in motion design, typography, composition, and animation craft.
• Deliver brand-consistent creative solutions by applying Mastercard’s global visual identity and collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt and localize content for diverse audiences, markets, and digital platforms while maintaining creative excellence and cultural relevance.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in motion design, animation, and creative production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within structured timelines and fast-paced environments.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for motion design, typography, and composition.
• Communicate creative concepts and design decisions effectively to stakeholders, while contributing proactively to a collaborative team culture.
