Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Istanbul is seeking a seasoned Motion Designer to craft engaging, brand-forward motion and video content for regional and global campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate Mastercard's visual identity into dynamic storytelling across channels.

You will lead concept development, apply 3D animation, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work for diverse markets in the EEMEA region, embracing innovation and cultural relevance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the creative or advertising industry, within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); Blender experience is a plus.
• Apply expertise in 3D animation and video editing to elevate project quality.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and their application in dynamic storytelling.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create motion, video, and visual assets for Mastercard and partner brands across multiple channels and platforms.
• Lead concept development and visual storytelling for short-form and long-form projects.
• Deliver brand-consistent creative solutions applying Mastercard’s global visual identity.
• Localize content for diverse audiences, markets, and digital platforms.
• Stay informed on trends, technologies, and best practices in motion design.
• Manage multiple projects with structured timelines in fast-paced environments.
