Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law completed and HMGS exam passed.
- Excellent Turkish and English written and verbal communication.
- Interest in Intellectual Property, Media, and Commercial Law.
- Strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Responsible, proactive and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Support advisory and litigation matters across IP, media, and commercial law.
- Assist with trademark prosecution, filings, oppositions, and portfolio audits.
- Draft and review licensing, distribution, production, and talent agreements.
- Conduct legal research and draft petitions, objections, and submissions.
- Assist with data protection/privacy compliance projects and notices.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to multinational and domestic clients.
- Review marketing campaigns for regulatory compliance and advertising law.
