Oznur & Partners Law Firm seeks a qualified Lawyer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience to join our international practice in Istanbul. The role focuses on citizenship and residency by investment, corporate and commercial law, real estate, foreign direct investment, and cross-border matters.

The ideal candidate will handle litigation, client meetings, negotiations, and drafting opinions and agreements while working closely with international clients in a multicultural setting.

Formación

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• Active practising licence in Türkiye.
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
• Experience in citizenship and residency by investment programs, corporate and commercial law.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Advise international clients on investment and immigration matters.
• Draft opinions and agreements; negotiate with cross-border parties.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Support cross-border transactions and international matters.
