Job summary

Henkel Türkiye is seeking an Application Engineer for laboratory testing and method development. You will standardize testing approaches, analyze results, and support continuous improvement in lab processes and product performance.

You will collaborate with Application Engineering, KAMs, and project teams, manage test reports, and ensure calibration and safety of lab equipment in line with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering required.
• 2-4 years of related laboratory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with all levels of management.
• Strong MS Office skills and the ability to maintain well-organized records.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and develop new test methods using diverse analytical techniques.
• Track, manage, and document test reports in laboratory systems.
• Perform peer reviews of test data for accuracy and quality.
• Support training activities for internal stakeholders and prepare internal presentations.
