Avon in Turkey is seeking a Key Account Management Intern to support day-to-day commercial operations, customer management, campaign planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with local and global teams.

This internship offers hands-on experience in key account management, retail, sales operations and commercial planning, while developing skills in data handling, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a structured internship period.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and handling data and reports.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day commercial communication with retail customers and coordinate incoming requests with relevant internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, campaign offers, and related follow-up actions.
• Support the maintenance and regular update of the retail campaign calendar.
• Help align customer-specific campaign plans with global and local commercial calendars.
• Support monthly forecast activities by updating target quantities and entering actual invoiced sales into forecast files.
• Track customer and retail KPIs and support monthly forecast variance analysis.
• Assist in evaluating post-campaign sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Upload customer sell-out data to global systems and support regular Tableau dashboard updates.
• Contribute to the preparation of retail performance reports and presentations for global teams.
• Support the preparation of global retail presentations and Turkey retail performance reports.
• Assist in adapting global content, campaign assets, and campaign briefs for Turkish customers.
• Support agency coordination and follow up on performance marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
• Support product launch tracking and follow up on product setup requirements ahead of launches.
• Communicate relevant price changes to retail partners.
• Support tester and free-of-charge process control.
• Assist in checking commercial alignment between offers, orders, and invoices.
