lookfor in Istanbul's Etiler seeks a Sales & Account Management Intern to work directly with the founders, managing relationships with some of the world’s most established eCommerce brands. You will operate client accounts, schedule campaigns, analyze conversations, identify opportunities, and ensure measurable value from lookfor.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, account management, ecommerce, and technology.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to learn from data.
• Willingness to work in person in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of customer accounts.
• Schedule, launch, and monitor campaigns.
• Test new agentic systems, perform A/B testing, gather product feedback.
• Analyze conversations and campaign results to spot revenue opportunities.
• Report outcomes to clients and discuss next steps.
• Turn account data into actionable insights.
• Identify expansion and new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support prospecting, research, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Communicate with enterprise customers in English.
• Learn and use sales tools like Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs.
• Collaborate with founders and gradually take ownership of commercial responsibilities.
