Job summary

Fater Turkey is seeking a Long-Term Sales Intern to join the Istanbul sales team and help coordinate Distributor Operations between the Regional Manager’s KAMs and on‑field Sales Reps.

You will assist with reports, budgets, and order management, while communicating with customers and supporting the sales team. The role offers hybrid work and growth opportunities within a dynamic, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Turkish and English fluency in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyses for sales activities such as Sell-Out analyses and budget calculations.
• Assist in budget reconciliation for customers and distributors.
• Manage order entries: prices, quantities, weights, and system input.
• Communicate with customers about orders and changes.
• Coordinate with KAMs/Channel Managers to resolve order issues.
• Provide competitive intelligence via online tools and store visits.

Your next challenge in Sales within the Turkish Hub. Fater Turkey is looking for a Long-Term Sales Intern who will join the sales team in Istanbul.

The Sales Intern is going to play a coordination role in Distributor Operations Channel between Regional Manager’s KAM’s and dedicates Sales Reps on the field.

What you'll be empowered to do

• Play an assistant role for KAMs and Channel managers to prepare all necessary reports, analysis, presentations such as Sell-Out Analysis, Promotion Budget Calculation, Activity Tracking, Folder/Insert tracking, JBP - Scorecard Tracking and so on
• Help in budget reconciliation process for customers and distributors
• Order management process, check prices, quantities, weights and enter/transfer them into the system
• Customer communication for all the necessary information (new codes, changes on product codes, delivery date changes, price miss matches and etc…) regarding their orders
• Manage issue regarding orders management process in cooperation with KAM or Channel Manager
• Provide competitive intelligence to the company through online tools and regular store visits
