Job summary

Tekton Engineering is seeking a graduate or junior Civil/Structural Engineer to join its Eskişehir team. You will work on lifting, handling and temporary bracing designs for precast concrete elements, and support engineers with calculations and drawings.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, strong fundamentals in statics and mechanics of materials, and good English communication skills. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Recent graduate or junior engineer with relevant experience.
• Good understanding of first-principles engineering (statics and mechanics of materials).
• Ability to understand load paths, calculate reactions and assess forces/stresses.

Responsibilities

• Assist on engineering projects for Australian construction industry.
• Design lifting and handling arrangements for precast concrete elements.
• Design temporary bracing systems for precast wall panels.
• Carry out structural calculations and checks.
• Review architectural, structural and precast shop drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and drafting teams to develop solutions.
• Learn and apply Australian standards and industry requirements.
• Support project coordination and design revisions.
