DFDS in Turkey invites applications for a Junior Agency Specialist to join our logistics team in Yalova. You will support communication between customers and domestic and overseas agencies and help resolve voyage-related issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires English at an upper-intermediate level, 0–2 years of related experience, and solid MS Office skills. You will contribute to inter-modal service planning, monitor shipments, and support payment and service requests in

Responsabilités

• To ensure communication between customers and domestic and overseas agencies, and to solve problems.
• To solve the voyage-related problems of customers or to inform the Sales department / overseas agencies of their solution.
• To create and follow up on the program of the inter-modal services, to review cancellations and penalties, and to inform customers.
• To play an efficient role in the management of ship loading and unloading operations.
• To play an active role in the business processes of domestic and overseas agencies.
• To manage the relations with our service stakeholders during the ship voyages, and to monitor and record payment and service requests.
• To constitute the weekly and monthly voyage position list.
