Job summary

DFDS A/S in Turkey is seeking a Customer Credit Control professional to manage receivables, monitor collections, assess credit risks and ensure disciplined credit control processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, banks and international teams to safeguard cash flow. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business/Finance, at least 2 years in a similar role, strong communication and Excel skills, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Covering accounts for major international clients.
• Communicating periodically, both in writing and in person with counterparts.
• Reconciling account balances and following up on settlements.
• Daily monitoring of overdue receivables and preparing aging reports.
• Sharing foresight with other Finance functions as per invoicing, revenue assurance, cash flow planning and bad debt management.
• Working in sync with Business Operations, Sales and Customer Services regarding the clients under coverage.

In This Role, You Will

As a Customer Credit Control team is looking for a colleague who will be responsible for managing customer receivables, monitoring collection processes, assessing credit risks and ensuring the effective execution of credit control processes.

This role will work closely with customers, Sales teams, Finance functions, banks and international teams, contributing to the effective management of the company’s financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Covering accounts for major international clients,
• Communicating periodically, both in writing and in person with counterparts
• Reconciling account balances and following up on settlements
• Daily monitoring of overdue receivables and preparing aging reports,

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields,
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
