Obilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş.: TÜRSAB Group is seeking a data analytics intern/early-career professional to understand data requirements and build insightful dashboards using PowerBI. You will work cross-functionally with management and marketing to shape analytics projects and report findings to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, data-driven recommendations, and maintaining BI tools to support strategic decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Long-term internship or 1–2 years of experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with MS Office tools and data analytics.
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense is a plus).
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Python and ML/AI models is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high quality results.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the data requirements of the company, and conducting thorough analysis to achieve business objectives
• Collaborating with various teams, including top management and marketing to identify data analysis project requirements
• Creating dynamic dashboards and insightful reports using PowerBI to contribute to effective decision-making processes
• Communicating data analysis findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business strategies and initiatives
• Providing recommendations based on data to solve business challenges
• Ensuring the effective functioning of business intelligence systems and tools, and taking necessary actions in case of issues

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar field (a certificate on business intelligence, data science or data mining will be a plus)
• Long Term Internship or 1-2 years experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with MS Office tools and data analytics
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Knowledge on Python and experience with Machine Learning and AI models will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, multitasking skills, attention to details, and ability to deliver high quality results
