Obilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş.: TÜRSAB Group ищет аналитика данных для разработки информационных панелей и подготовки отчётов. В обязанности входит анализ данных, взаимодействие с топ-менеджментом и командами маркетинга для определения требований и KPI.

Требуется степень в инженерии/математике/статистике, опыт стажировки или 1–2 года, знание PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik Sense, SQL и Python приветствуются, удаленная часть работы возможна частично.

Qualificações

• Степень бакалавра в инженерии, математике, статистике или аналогичной области.
• Опыт стажировки или 1–2 года работы в аналитике данных приветствуются.
• Свободное владение английским языком письменно и устно.
• Опыт работы с инструментами визуализации (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik Sense) будет плюсом.
• Знания SQL, Python и ML будут преимуществом.

Responsabilidades

• Понимать требования бизнеса и формулировать задачи анализа.
• Сотрудничать с руководством и командами маркетинга для определения требований.
• Разрабатывать динамические дашборды и отчеты в PowerBI для поддержки принятия решений.
• Четко доносить результаты анализа заинтересованным сторонам.
• Отслеживать KPI и давать рекомендации по улучшению бизнес-стратегий.
• Обеспечивать бесперебойную работу BI-систем и решать возникающие проблемы.

Задачи:

• Understanding the data requirements of the company, and conducting thorough analysis to achieve business objectives
• Collaborating with various teams, including top management and marketing to identify data analysis project requirements
• Creating dynamic dashboards and insightful reports using PowerBI to contribute to effective decision-making processes
• Communicating data analysis findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business strategies and initiatives
• Providing recommendations based on data to solve business challenges
• Ensuring the effective functioning of business intelligence systems and tools, and taking necessary actions in case of issues

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar field (a certificate on business intelligence, data science or data mining will be a plus)
• Long Term Internship or 1-2 years experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with MS Office tools and data analytics
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Knowledge on Python and experience with Machine Learning and AI models will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, multitasking skills, attention to details, and ability to deliver high quality results
