Responsibilities

• Help customers, restaurant owners, and couriers with order issues (cancellations, modifications, refunds).
• Support restaurant partners with:
  • Account and payment questions.
  • Campaign details and promotions.
  • Resolving incomplete or delayed orders.
  • Courier-related concerns.
  • Requests for branded Uber materials (bags, stickers, etc.).
• Communicate via inbound calls and email.
• Use systems and tools provided (training included).

Salary Package

Work Schedule

• Shifts are announced weekly.
• Summer Shifts: 10:00–19:00 / 17:00–02:00
• Winter Shifts: 11:00–20:00 / 18:00–03:00
• Daily break: 75 minutes
• Weekly days off: 2 (rotating)

Training

Online via Zoom, 09:00–18:00.
