What We Offer

• Net Salary: 33,000 TL
• Night & Attendance Bonus: 5,000 TL monthly (first 2 months)
• Meal Card Allowance: 4,500 TL (Sodexo/Pluxee)
• Private Health Insurance: via Mapfre (employee only; family optional at extra cost)
• Flexible Working Hours:
  • Summer: 10:00-19:00 or 17:00-02:00
  • Winter: 11:00-20:00 or 18:00-03:00
  • Late Shifts: 5-10 days/month
