Job summary

Uber Eats Trendyol Go in Turkey is seeking a proactive operations professional to support courier onboarding and regional supply functions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Fleet Operations Manager to drive reliable, data-driven performance across local delivery operations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Management or Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years in startups, strategy, operations or related verticals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard couriers for Trendyol Go and be first point of contact in the region.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Fleet Operations Manager to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data-sensitive approach.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in startups, strategy development, operations and related verticals,
• Strong communication skills to manage internal and external (Couriers, 3rd parties, etc.) stakeholders,
• Being proactive and having autonomous problem solving capabilities,
• Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills,
• This position includes specialist and senior specialist roles.
