What Youll Do

• Support Uber drivers and riders via inbound calls.
• Resolve issues using provided procedures and knowledge base articles, or escalate when necessary.
• Handle inquiries such as:
• • Payment and account-related questions.
  • Route or fare reviews.
  • Feedback or complaints about drivers/riders.
  • Lost & found cases (helping passengers and drivers reconnect).
• Ensure smooth experiences for both drivers and riders.

Salary & Benefits

• Quality bonus: up to 10% (retroactive after training).

Work Schedule

• Coverage: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 21:00 (rotating days off).
• Shifts:
