Job summary

Mars Athletic Club is seeking an IT Enterprise Operations Specialist for its Head Office in Ortaköy, Istanbul. The role focuses on setting up IT infrastructure for newly opened clubs and renovations, coordinating with contractors and service providers across sites.

You will install and support PCs, printers, LAN/Wi‑Fi, CCTV and access control systems, and manage network performance while ensuring SLA targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 2+ years IT infrastructure, field support or sysadmin experience.
• Experience in multi-site operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, TCP/IP, Switching and Wi‑Fi, router config and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Set up IT infrastructure for new clubs and renovation projects, incl. contract management.
• Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, POS devices and peripherals.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to staff and clubs.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and network diagrams.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors and security systems for openings and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up IT infrastructure for newly opened clubs and renovation projects, including managing external contractors and service providers.
• Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, POS devices and other peripheral equipment.
• Install, maintain and provide support for operational technology systems used across clubs, including:
• Access Control & Turnstile Systems
• Public Address Systems
• Digital Signage and Display Solutions
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external vendors throughout club opening projects.
• Install, maintain and provide support for LAN switching infrastructure.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Corporate Wi-Fi and Guest Wi-Fi networks.
• Manage routers, internet connections and basic WAN connectivity.
• Perform network cabling checks and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address potential connectivity issues and outages.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to club and Head Office employees.
• Diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software and Network-related issues.
• Prepare devices, applications and user accounts as part of new employee onboarding processes.
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft Windows, macOS and corporate applications.
• Carry out periodic maintenance activities for club technology systems.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Track hardware lifecycle management, replacement and renewal processes.
• Ensure that IT infrastructure across all clubs is managed in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with ISPs, Telecom providers, Security Systems vendors and other IT service providers.
• Take an active role in new club openings, relocations and technology transformation projects.
• Track and resolve outstanding issues during club openings in line with defined SLA targets.
• Follow up on reported and outstanding IT issues after clubs become operational and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLA targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Field Support or System Administration.
• Experience working in multi-site operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, PC Hardware & Troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Switching and Wi-Fi technologies, Router configuration and Structured Cabling.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Turnstile or Sound Systems is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Fitness or other multi-location operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Network Monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti or MikroTik products.
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification.
