The role requires a university degree, 0–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot), advanced Excel, and excellent English communication. You will contribute to performance tracking and AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales operations or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to enhance sales processes.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and offer strategic insights.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and data integrity.
• Support daily sales activities including cold calls and cold emailing.
