Job summary

Bybit is looking for a versatile HR Generalist to act as the primary HR partner for our Istanbul office. You will manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, audits, and compliance, ensuring a positive employee experience for local teams.

Reporting to the regional HR lead, you will blend hands-on administration with strategic engagement. The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Turkish labor law.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Istanbul office.
• Drive employee relations and resolve workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality.
• Support HR audits, compliance activities, and regulatory reporting.
