Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws with bar admission in Türkiye.
• Experience drafting governing documents and transactional agreements.
• Proven ability to handle international matters and coordinate with external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S.-related corporate and securities matters with U.S. counsel.
• Coordinate with international law firms and manage deadlines.
• Prepare board materials, resolutions and governance documents.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements in English and Turkish.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior management.
• Support financing transactions and due diligence processes.
• Identify legal risks with cross-functional teams and provide solutions.
• Support broader corporate, commercial and regulatory work.
